OCTOBER 15
In this class I learn about the multiple intelligences of Howard Gardner, he said that everybody have different intelligences, some of these are more developed while others aren't. As teachers we have to recognize what type of intelligence have our students in order to explote it and develop the less developed.

WHAT I LEARNED?
This class was about the communicative class, I learned role-playing could be one of the best ways of learn to students because they find the best form to learn and they learn according their own capacities. The most important thing is not grammar but they have to discover by themselves the rules of grammar and learn to communicate.

WHAT I LEARNED?
I learned that the main aim of a communicative activity in class is that the lecturer will get learners to use the language they are learning to interact realistic and meaningful ways, usually involving information exchanges as opinions and points of view. the students must create their own way of acquire knowledge as well as they learned their native language, the teacher just will correct mistakes and will give a best opinion of their creation.

TEACHING SKILLS
We need to mention the features that must have a teacher, because every day our society demands the formation of teachers capable of effectively solving the problems of professional practice and achieving ethical and responsible professional performance. Teachers should be able to adapt to continuous changes in the competitiveness of the way they teach. Today we say that a teacher should be competent in the teaching-learning process but to understand spoken is necessary to define the meaning of being responsible on our role as teachers and competencies that should have in our daily work.
Some authors define competition as the “Set a person's characteristics that are associated with good performance in a particular task or job” Others define it as "the Body of knowledge, skills, dispositions and behaviors that a person possesses that enable the successful completion of an activity." It is noteworthy that the teacher's ability is the determining factor in student success, so is necessary to define the characteristics that should have and develop those responsible for education to the challenges we face today.
Perrenoud lists ten new skills we develop as teachers:
1. Organizing student learning.
2. Managing the progression of learning.
3. Develop and evolve devices differentiation.
4. Involving students in their learning and their work.
5. Teamwork.
6. Participation in the management of the school.
7. Inform and involve parents.
8. Using new technologies.
9. Addressing the duties and ethical dilemmas of the profession.
10. Putting our own training.

As teachers we must, within reach of our students the elements needed to construct their knowledge themselves and participate actively in their learning process. Knowledge is dynamic now, and this forces us to develop skills in students and to relate what they know and what they can learn, what they should and should not do to acquire knowledge.

PRACTICES
In these practices I've learned things I did not know, it will also had knowledge that only in theory and applied knowledge that I thought never would not use. Also I learned to tell the students the form and purpose of the lesson before introducing the topic
I am satisfied with the final outcome of practices but not under, so for the next session I must work harder at what I do.

WHAT I LEARNED?
For this assignment I reaffirm my knowledge of what to do to face a problem with a student: to show authority, not authoritarianism, allowing students to develop their own learning skills

WHAT I LEARNED?
Teachers should have three fundamental characteristics (empathy, respect and authenticity) although it is only a model and not all teachers can be what they are not, must have their own qualities and defects because that's what makes us unique and different of others, but all must have to be respectfull's and authentic's, it may seem paradoxical but it is not
